Vita

Yen-Hao Hsieh is an Associate Professor of Department of Information Management at Tamkang University. He received his Ph.D. in Management Information Systems from National Chengchi University in June 2010.

His research interests include Service Science, Customer Expectation Management, Service Experience, Social Commerce, Service Innovation, O2O Commerce, Service Recovery, Technology Spillover and Data Mining.

研究興趣：服務科學、顧客期望管理、服務體驗、社群商務、服務創新、O2O商務、服務補救、科技外溢及資料探勘。
