柒、教學內容及進度：
本課程主要在探討東南亞企業與投資之環 境，使研究者及實務工作者得以了解東南亞在全球貿易體系的地位，以及在東南亞成功經營企業之道。注重課堂上的討論。學期中有幾次作業，期末繳交研究報告。
課程目標：
了解東南亞的整體企業與 投資環境
現代之國際性企業與投資 之道
我國及其他國家在東南亞 的投資情形
探討東南亞企業網絡的內 涵與優劣
檢討東南亞在企業變革上 應採取的措施
